2. Unintentional Receipt of Expired Products: In case of unintentional receipt of expired products, customers have the right to request the return of these products, with proof of expiration provided within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Returns are processed only through the original payment method used initially by the customer. The refunded amount will be returned to the bank account or card used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the completion of the refund transfer and its appearance in your account.
